THH Helmets are designed using the latest 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis to insure that each helmet exceeds the needs of customer requirements. The helmets are then manufactured using the latest CNC equipment sourced from around the world including Germany, Sweden, Japan, Italy and Taiwan. Using the latest equipment means that every helmet is produced to the highest international quality standards and process controls. Once manufactured, the helmets are rigorously tested, again using the best testing equipment sourced from around the world. This means that every THH helmet not only meets standards set in each market, but exceeds them achieving certification from Snell, DOT, SG, AS, ECE, CE and CPSC.
